Description of service
Verdict is an educational simulation tool that builds fictional practice cases from legal sources you select and lets you argue them before an AI Judge. Verdict is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, representation, or real-world legal outcomes.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the legal sources you choose to upload. Only upload documents you have the right to use.
AI-generated content
Case facts, judge responses, and scores are generated or assessed by an AI model and may contain errors. Citations are checked against your selected sources, but you should still independently verify any legal reference before relying on it outside this simulation.
Acceptable use
Do not use Verdict to seek real-world legal advice for an actual dispute, to upload content you do not have rights to, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or circumvent the service's security or rate limits.
Termination
You may stop using Verdict and delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Verdict is provided for educational simulation purposes "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verdict is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content, including any use of case material outside the simulation.
